We hope you love your Style The Bump pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns (14 Days)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

in the same condition you received them,
-
unworn or unused, free from marks, scents, make-up, or damage,
-
with all original tags attached,
-
in the original packaging, and
-
accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return postage & costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Please place a new order and return the original item within 14 days.
Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please use a tracked service and keep your postage receipt.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact hello@stylethebump.com immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. If your claim is approved, we will cover reasonable return postage where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)

Custom or personalised products

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@stylethebump.com.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.

UK Customers: You are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided items meet the return conditions above.

EU Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the standard return conditions outlined above.
